Dr. Isabelle Vladoiu is a diplomatic protocol expert, human rights and global security specialist. She has worked directly with diplomats, government officials, and international leaders across multiple regions.
As the founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR), she has trained more than 30,000 professionals worldwide—including diplomats, policymakers, and executives—on international protocol, business etiquette, cross-cultural communication, and diplomatic leadership.
Dr. Vladoiu serves as Faculty in the Department of Security and Global Studies at American Public University System (APUS/AMU) and brings over a decade of experience in public and NGO diplomacy, helping leaders navigate high-level international environments with confidence.
